Adrian is the Musical Director and Principal Conductor of the
acclaimed City Concert Orchestra and has performed with them in
concert venues throughout the UK. He is also the founder and Musical
Director of the Midland Symphony Choir.
Concert
appearances have included; “The Musicals” and “The
Music Of The Night” with David Jacobs, “Musicals and
Movies” with Matthew Kelly, “Hollywood & the Musicals”
with presenters including, Terry Wogan, Fiona Phillips, Angela
Rippon, Rosemary Ford and Elaine C Smith, and “The Best
Of West End & Broadway” with Celebrity West End Artistes,
presented by Lisa Riley, William Roache and Kaye Adams.
Adrian's West End appearances are numerous, he was Musical Director of “A Celebration Of Musical Theatre” for 3 years at the Palace Theatre, London, where he worked with amongst others; Darren Day, Nicholas Parsons, Anneka Rice, Patrick Anthony and Roy Walker, and he was a guest Conductor at the Imperial Cancer Research Campaign's 75 th Anniversary Concert at the Royal Albert Hall.
Adrian has worked with some of the country's most prestigious Symphony Orchestras including; Orchestra Of Scottish Opera, BBC Concert Orchestra and The Hall é Orchestra.
He continues to work on a conceptually new concert with the writers of Les Misérables, Miss Saigon and Martin Guerre, Alain Boublil & Claude-Michel Schönberg, which premiered at Symphony Hall, Birmingham , and featured the BBC Concert Orchestra and West End soloists.
Adrian is an accomplished musical arranger and has made numerous recordings for UK record labels, his most recent being “West End & Broadway” with The City Concert Orchestra and soloists. Adrian is constantly in demand as a Musical Supervisor and has worked extensively for the BBC and for Classic Records in Belgium .
He is a Producer and Artistic Director in his own right and has been responsible for many high profile concerts and theatrical productions in venues throughout the UK .
On radio, Adrian is the Presenter of the popular weekly musical theatre programme “Showstoppers” on Saga 105.7fm every Sunday evening from 6.00pm. Click
